Exclusive to Ireland, the EuroMillions Plus was launched in June 2007 following the success of the main EuroMillions lottery. How to play EuroMillions Plus
The gameplay works in a similar fashion to EuroMillions, with the only difference being the omission of the Lucky Stars. Based on the five main numbers entered onto your EuroMillions slip (chosen by yourself or randomly generated with the Quick Pick feature), simply tick the Plus box to be in with a chance to win the EuroMillions Plus. At only a small extra cost per line, you could be in with a chance of scooping the top prize of a cool €500,000 – and with the winnings set at a fixed amount, it's worth fixing your sights on these great prizes.
There are three EuroMillions Plus prize tiers in total:

Simply purchase your ticket either online or in-store, but please note that online ticket sales end at 7:25pm whilst terminals selling paper tickets close at 7:30pm. However, should you miss the deadline, ticket sales will reopen at 7am the next day.
Remember, all entrants must be aged 18 or over – and if buying your tickets online, proof of ID (such as a copy of your driver's licence or passport) will be required in order to register your details. Upon completion of your registration, you'll be able to access the great benefits of saving and playing your numbers automatically as well as having your numbers checked for you!
Filling in your EuroMillions Plus ticket online is easy:
- Complete your EuroMillions line selection
- Select 'Yes' to play for the Plus option
- Choose the number of draws you wish to be entered in
- Click Play Now!
Once your online purchase is complete, you should receive an email confirming your order. Should your numbers prove to be the winning combination, you'll then receive another email informing you of your win!
EuroMillions Plus Advance Play
Play for just a week – or up to a whole month with the EuroMillions Plus Advance Play option. With the choice of either one, two, four, six or eight draws to enter, you have more chances at winning one of the three prizes thanks to the Advance Play scheme. Just mark the Advance Play box for however many draws (out of eight) you wish to participate in, then sit back, and see if you could be the next EuroMillions Plus winner.
Claiming your winnings
Winners have up to 90 days from the draw taking place to claim their prize – and always remember to have your ticket at hand (or online), as this is the only proof that will entitle you to your winnings.
