1 – Quitting the Day Job
The number one EuroMillions dream held by those who participated in our survey was to quit their current day job, and in most cases that would make a lot of sense. Most people work to live rather than live to work, so if the financial need to work was removed – as it certainly would be for a EuroMillions jackpot winner – quitting the day job would free up a lot of time that the lucky winner could spend on more enjoyable pursuits. Even those who love their work would often prefer to use some of their wealth to start their own business rather than continue working for someone else.
2 – A New Home
With the day job out of the way and more time on their hands, would-be EuroMillions jackpot winners dream of buying themselves a brand new home. Whether it’s a quiet cottage in the countryside or a penthouse suite in the heart of a metropolitan city, a new home is almost always on the shopping list of big winners. In fact many people say that they would quite like several homes in various locations so that they can relocate at a moment’s notice according to their mood!
3 – Travelling the World
Although modern communications systems such as the internet make the world feel much smaller than it did even fifty years ago, communicating internationally isn’t the same as experiencing global diversity first-hand.
