18 UK Millionaires but EuroMillions Rolls
21st May 2012 9:35 AM
18 EuroMillions players in the UK became millionaires on Friday 18 May thanks to a special UK Millionaire Raffle game, but the EuroMillions jackpot itself rolled over yet again. The jackpot had a final value of €65.68 million (£53.06 million) so the estimated jackpot for the next game this Tuesday is a mouth-watering €72 million (around £58 million). If that doesn’t give you a very good reason to buy your tickets early this week we don’t know what will!
The EuroMillions results for Friday 18 May were 13, 29, 43, 47 and 50, with the Lucky Star numbers being 09 and 11. Four tickets missed out on winning the jackpot by just one Lucky Star number, so each of those tickets won a second-tier consolation prize of €522,516 (£377,206 ). There were 10 winning tickets at the third-tier level, and each of those won €69,669 (£50,294) by matching five main numbers only. 69 tickets matched four main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win €5,048 (£3,645) each, and the total number of prizes won was 3,141,113.
Just one of the ‘most overdue’ numbers highlighted on our EuroMillions Statistics page appeared on Friday, and that was the main number 47. The most overdue main numbers to look out for in the next draw are 42, 14, 07, 12 and 16, and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 04 and 07.
For those of you who play EuroMillions in the UK, the 18 winning Millionaire Raffle numbers last Friday were as follows:
We congratulate everyone who won a prize in the Millionaire Raffle or EuroMillions games last Friday, and we wish you all even better luck in the €72 million jackpot game this Tuesday. Play EuroMillions online today and that jackpot could soon be yours!
