The first EuroMillions draw of September 2010 took place last Friday, and this time the jackpot was won by a single ticket. In our previous news item we had highlighted the five main numbers and two Lucky Star numbers that were more overdue to be drawn and we are happy to say that one of those ‘overdue’ Lucky Star numbers (08) was instrumental in helping the winner land their jackpot win of €15,000,000 (around £12,543,000). Those of you who haven’t yet checked your EuroMillions tickets may want to do so now to find out if you managed to win a prize of any size.
The EuroMillions results last Friday 3 September were 13, 24, 26, 47 and 49, with 04 and 08 being drawn as the Lucky Star numbers. For EuroMillions players in the UK, the winning Millionaire Raffle number last Friday was KWS437385.
11 players matched the five main numbers and one Lucky Star to land a second-tier prize of €259,300 (around £179,185) each, 10 players matched the five main numbers only to win €80,944 (around £55,935) each and 106 more matched four main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win €5,454 (around £3,769) each. Many more prizes were also paid to those who had matched fewer numbers, with more than 1.52 million EuroMillions prizes paid out in total.
We mentioned earlier that one of our previously highlighted ‘overdue numbers’ made an appearance last Friday, so for those of you who want to see if another one crops up next time round, the main numbers to look out for are now 48, 20, 14, 10 and 16, with numbers 03 and 05 being most overdue for selection as Lucky Stars.
Once again the EuroMillions jackpot has been reset, so we have €15 million (around £12 million) to play for this Friday 10 September. If you didn’t happen to win a life-changing prize last week you can play EuroMillions online today and see if you can fare any better this week! Good luck!
