EuroMillions Jackpot Win for UK and France

Friday’s EuroMillions draw proved to be successful for two ticket holders after both matched the five main numbers and two Lucky Stars to share the €15 / £12 million jackpot. The winning jackpot tickets were purchased in UK and France, giving France their tenth EuroMillions jackpot win of the year and the UK their fifth.

The EuroMillions numbers drawn on Friday were 20, 28, 35, 42 and 43 with Lucky Stars 8 and 10. In addition to the jackpot winners, over two million ticket holders won a prize in Friday’s draw including five ticket holders who matched the five main numbers and one Lucky Star to each win €291,709 / £205,782.

A further three ticket holders won €162,060 / £114,323 each by matching five numbers, 41 players matched four numbers and two Lucky Stars to each win €5,929 / £4,182 and 805 ticket holders each won €264 / £186 by matching four numbers and one Lucky Star.

Following this win, the EuroMillions jackpot resets to €15 / £12 million and, as the top prize has now been won twice in a row, it will be interesting to see if the jackpot winning streak will continue in Tuesday’s draw.
