EuroMillions Results for Tuesday 9th December 2014

The bitter cold and driving rain didn’t stop EuroMillions fans from snapping up tickets for tonight’s draw with its £17.2 million (€21.8 million) top prize. However, the gale-force winds appear to have blown that prize pot far, far away from players’ hands as no one was able to match all seven numbers to become the second jackpot winner of the month.

The winning numbers this evening were 1, 3, 31, 42 and 46 with Lucky Stars 4 and 11. One player matched all five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win a gargantuan prize of £757,729 (€1,023,461) while another five participants each bagged £50,515 (€68,230) for matching all five main numbers drawn tonight.

Other cash prizes distributed in the main draw were worth between £3.20 (€4.30) for matching two main numbers and £3,714 (€5,016) for matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars. A single UK participant has picked up £1 million on Millionaire Maker by matching the winning code of XFS947413 and a French player has matched the winning My Million code of HH 864 1859 to scoop €1 million. You can use the Results page to learn more about tonight’s draw.

On Friday 12th December, players will have another chance to win an eight-figure sum on EuroMillions, but this time it will be worth an estimated £25 million (€31 million). Ticket sales will be reopened later tonight, so make sure you buy entries online or in person from an authorised retailer for your chance to beat the odds and pick up a life-changing windfall less than two weeks before Christmas. Good luck!
