The EuroMillions rollover jackpot on Friday 21 January was won by two tickets, both of which matched all five main numbers (03, 11, 13, 18 and 21) and both Lucky Stars (04 and 05). The jackpot was worth €29,004,245 (around £24,708,723) so each of the winning tickets now has a value of €14,502,127 (around £12,354,361). In addition, a EuroMillions lottery player in the UK now has a ticket worth £1,000,000 after the Millionaire Raffle number it included matched the winning number of JJM978250. This means that at least three people became millionaires last Friday (possibly more if either of the EuroMillions jackpot tickets was owned by a syndicate) and we congratulate them all.
We also congratulate everyone else who won a EuroMillions prize last Friday, and there were quite a few of you because more than 2.34 million prizes were won in total. 17 players won €190,499 (around £130,178) each by matching the 5 main numbers and 1 of the Lucky Star numbers and 30 players won €30,634 (around £20,934) each by matching the 5 main numbers only. Another 183 players matched 4 main numbers and both Lucky Star numbers to win €3,587 (around £2,451) each.
