A EuroMillions triple rollover jackpot worth around €39 million (around £32 million) will be on offer this Tuesday 10 April after the seven numbers selected on Friday eluded players for the third draw in a row. The EuroMillions results on Friday were 11, 20, 30, 35 and 45, with the numbers 02 and 03 being drawn as the Lucky Stars. One of the main numbers (35) had previously been flagged up here as being most overdue to make an appearance, so it is encouraging to report that it actually did so.
Seven EuroMillions tickets matched all five main numbers and one of the Lucky Star numbers to win €236,477 (£166,205) each at the second-tier prize level and there were thirteen tickets that won €42,445 (£29,832) each by matching five main numbers without either of the Lucky Stars. 50 tickets matched four main numbers and two Lucky Stars to win €5,518 (£3,878) each, and the total number of prizes won on Friday was 2,600,763. The Millionaire Raffle number (which gave one UK player a prize of £1 million) was QJY725043.
The last two EuroMillions jackpots were won by players in France, and the five before that were landed by players in the UK, so if the triple rollover jackpot is landed this Tuesday it will be very interesting to see where the winner comes from. Of course, every line of numbers entered into the game has exactly the same chance of winning regardless of where it is purchased from, so trying to make any kind of serious prediction in this area would be futile.
Playing overdue numbers doesn’t increase your chances of winning either, but this is something that many people like to do as it can make participation even more interesting. For those of you who enjoy including one or more such numbers among your selections, the most overdue main numbers right now are 49, 40, 21, 22 and 02, and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 05 and 01.
Demand for tickets looks set to be particularly high this week due to the huge size of the jackpot on offer, so play EuroMillions online if you want to avoid the queues and keep your ticket safe at the same time. Enjoy the game and good luck!
