June Ends with EuroMillions Double Rollover

The month of June will end with players having the chance to win a EuroMillions double-rollover jackpot after the midweek jackpot rolled for the second time in a row. The main numbers drawn in the EuroMillions game on Tuesday 26 June were 01, 11, 20, 22 and 35, with the numbers 08 and 10 appearing as the Lucky Stars. Because no ticket matched all of those numbers, the €21.8 million (£17.1 million) jackpot rolled over to give us an estimated €33 million (around £26 million) to play for this Friday.

Two players matched all five main numbers as well as one of the Lucky Star numbers to win €517,207 each, and another six players won €57,467 (£40,944) each after matching five main numbers only. 32 tickets matched four main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win €5,388 (£3,838) and 745 tickets won €202 (£144) each by matching four main numbers and one Lucky Star. There were over 1.75 million EuroMillions Prizes won in total on Tuesday, and in the UK one player won £1 million by matching the Millionaire Raffle number STT419296.

The next EuroMillions game on Friday 29 June gives players their last chance to win themselves a EuroMillions jackpot in the first half of 2012. Whilst there will be plenty more jackpot-winning opportunities in the second half of the year, many players are likely to view the double-rollover jackpot coinciding with the end of the month as a great excuse to buy a few extra tickets.
