EuroMillions Jackpot Reaches Third Largest of 2014

EuroMillions fever is spreading across Europe as tomorrow night’s draw gives players the chance to win a £62 million (€75 million) rollover jackpot. This is now the third largest EuroMillions jackpot seen so far this year after the previous seven draws have failed to produce a jackpot winner.

The largest EuroMillions jackpot, worth an incredible £108 million (€130 million), was won in the draw on 7th January and shared between one ticket holder from France and another from Spain. Following just £1 million behind, in second place, is the £107 million (€129 million) jackpot won by UK ticker holder Neil Trotter on 14th March.

Although no players emerged from Friday’s EuroMillions draw as a jackpot winner, there were over 2.8 million players who managed to secure a prize for matching a minimum of just two main numbers. Among the winners were four ticket holders who matched five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win €417,655 each, 14 players who each won £27,134 (€39,776) for matching the five main numbers and 87 players who matched four main numbers and two Lucky Stars to take home £2,183 (€3,200) each.

In addition to the main draw, one UK ticket holder secured the £1 million Millionaire Raffle prize by matching the code VDK003158 while one French ticket holder matched the winning My Million code PJ8788490 to win the €1 million prize.

The complete prize breakdown from Friday’s draw can be found on the EuroMillions Results page.

With a seven times rollover jackpot at stake in tomorrow night’s draw, ticket sales are expected to rise so we advise players wishing to participate in the draw to have their tickets ready in plenty of time. EuroMillions tickets can be purchased up until 19.30 BST / 20.30 CEST from an authorised retailer or online via the Buy Tickets page.
