EuroMillions Jackpot Rolls to €43 / £36 Million

There is a triple rollover jackpot worth €43 / £36 million to play for on Friday after players in Tuesday’s EuroMillions draw failed to match the five main numbers and two Lucky Stars. Although no ticket holders were successful in winning the midweek jackpot, there were still over 1.7 million players who did win a prize.

The EuroMillions numbers from Tuesday’s draw were 23, 24, 26, 33 and 42 with the Lucky Stars 3 and 5. As well as there being no jackpot winner in Tuesday’s draw, there were also no winners in the second tier. That surprising development meant the prize fund for the second tier rolled down and was shared between the five ticket holders who matched all five main numbers. The prize for matching five numbers is usually worth around €50,000 / £40,000 but, because of the roll down of funds from the higher tier, the five lucky players in the third prize tier won an incredible €283,010 / £195,186 each.

In addition, 58 ticket holders matched four numbers and two Lucky Stars to win €3,049 / £2,103 each, 643 players won €240 / £166 each by matching four numbers and one Lucky Star while 1,214 ticket holders matched four numbers to each win €127 / £87. In addition to the winners in the main draw on Tuesday, one UK player matched the Millionaire Raffle number CJY669878 to win £1 million.
