Birthday Rollover

The EuroMillions birthday jackpot on Friday 13 February, 2009, proved elusive. No player managed to match the five main numbers and both Lucky Stars required to win the top prize, so it has rolled over to create an even bigger jackpot of around £25 million (that’s around €28 million) for the draw on Friday 20 February.

The good news is that Friday 13 wasn’t unlucky for everyone. Three people matched the five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win € 1,104,098 (around £977,897) each.

Another 13 people matched the five main numbers only to win €72,305 (around £64,037). The EuroMillions results were 22, 33, 36, 40, 42 and the two Lucky Stars numbers were 01 and 02.

Of course, none of the secondary prizes are quite as good as the jackpot itself, so players around the world will be trying to win again this week. If you don’t live in one of the nine participating countries then don’t panic, you can play EuroMillions online just as easily – and you won’t risk losing your ticket!
