The EuroMillions lottery jackpot keeps on rolling, and we are now looking forward to a monster jackpot of €98,000,000 (around £89,000,000) this Friday 1 May, 2009. This is the fifth EuroMillions rollover in a row, and all because nobody managed to match last week’s winning numbers. Those numbers were 4, 14, 21, 24 and 41 and the two Lucky Star numbers were 5 and 8.
Buy EuroMillions tickets from the USOf course, there were still plenty of delighted EuroMillions lottery players who got enough correct matches with the EuroMillions results to win a prize. 13 players matched the five numbers and one Lucky Star number to win €328.548 (around £294,424) each. A further 12 players matched the five main numbers only to win €101,006 (around £90,515) each.
In total, there were more than 2.7 million EuroMillions prizes won last Friday, and we bet that almost all of them will be trying their luck again this week. Five-time rollover jackpots don’t come along very often, so when they do it makes sense to try and win them!
