EuroMillions Rollover

A EuroMillions rollover jackpot worth an estimated €28 million (around £25 million) will be up for grabs this Friday 29 May, 2009. That’s because no EuroMillions lottery player managed to match the five main numbers (4, 13, 14, 33 and 43) as well as the two Lucky Star numbers(1 and 6). The rollover means that someone will enter June 2009 as a new EuroMillions jackpot winner, or we will all have a double rollover to look forward to!

Although the EuroMillions results didn’t result in any jackpot winner this time, they did help seven players to win €421,438 (around £370,554) by matching the five main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars. Nine players matched no Lucky Stars but all five main numbers to win €93,020 (around £81,788) each.

Anyone who wins the €28 million that is on offer this week can look forward to spending this summer (and the rest of their lives) as a EuroMillions millionaire. This begs the question: What would you do this summer if you had all of that money at your disposal?

Some people would probably enjoy a lengthy holiday and visit all the places they have always wanted to experience – how does Egypt, Africa, Australia, Canada or the USA sound for starters? Others might decide to go shopping for a new home - €28 million would allow them to buy a mansion as their main residence (with a pool and large garage for their luxury cars, obviously) and several slightly smaller vacation homes in some of their favourite destinations.

Of course, many people would use a EuroMillions jackpot win as an excuse to quit their day jobs and embark on a life of adventure instead. With €28 million in the bank you could buy your own private plane and learn to fly it yourself. Or you could learn a foreign language by moving to a different country for a year or two. Maybe you might consider launching your own business, or a new career as an artist, writer or other creative type.

People say that money can’t buy happiness and we would agree, but it can certainly buy a large amount of freedom. If you fancy having more freedom than ever before, play EuroMillions online and you just might win it!
