Single Ticket Wins Double Rollover Jackpot

A single ticket won the double rollover jackpot worth €42,218,533 (around £35,767,540) in the EuroMillions game last Friday 16 July. The EuroMillions results were 38, 39, 45, 46 and 49, with 07 and 08 drawn as the Lucky Star numbers. It is too early for any details about the jackpot winner to have been made available, so we don’t know if the single ticket was purchased by an individual or a lottery syndicate. We don’t even know if the ticket owner is aware of their success or still living in ignorance of the fact that their ticket is worth over €42.2 million!

13 players matched the five main EuroMillions numbers and one of the two Lucky Stars to win a second-tier prize of €252,004 (around £177,015) each, and another 13 players matched the five main numbers only to win a third-tier prize worth €71,515  (around £50,234) each. The fourth tier prize was worth €8,624 (around £6,058) to 77 players who matched four of the main numbers and both Lucky Stars. And, lest we forget, the Millionaire Raffle number was BTC736269, giving one EuroMillions player in the UK a guaranteed prize of £1,000,000.

None of the numbers previously highlighted as being most overdue were drawn last Friday, so once again the most overdue main numbers are 48, 20, 14, 27 and 35, and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 05 and 06. Players who enjoy following EuroMillions Statistics could include one or more of those numbers among their selections and see if doing so helps them to win the EuroMillions jackpot this Friday 23 July. Because the previous double rollover jackpot was won last week, the next jackpot will of course be worth €15 million (around £12 million).

EuroMillions players who are expecting to take a holiday at some point over the next few weeks should remember that when you play EuroMillions online you can enter the same numbers for several consecutive draws. The advantage of buying your EuroMillions entries in advance is that you won’t have to worry about buying tickets when you are on holiday, or about losing your tickets whilst you are having fun in the sun. Instead you can enjoy your holiday and be confident that your numbers are entered for all of the draws you might otherwise miss, and that you will be notified automatically of any prize that your tickets happen to win.

Whether you are planning a holiday in the near future or not, play EuroMillions online today and the €15 million jackpot this Friday could be yours! Good luck!
