There were five tickets that matched five main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars to win a second-tier prize worth €345,710 (£248,592) each, and whist that kind of money pales in comparison to the €26.5 million jackpot that was on offer, the second-tier win was still an achievement well worth celebrating. Seven tickets matched the five main numbers without either Lucky Star number to win €82,312 (£59,189) each.
There were 45 tickets that matched four of the main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win €6,402 (£4,604) each, and another 961 tickets won €262 (£188) each by matching four main numbers and one Lucky Star. The total number of EuroMillions prizes won on Friday was 2,539,919. In the UK, one player became £1 million richer after matching the Millionaire Raffle number XKH350714.
One of our most overdue numbers made an appearance on Friday, and that was the main number 41. The most overdue main numbers now are 09, 47, 32, 40 and 08, and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 01 and 08. As far as the most often picked numbers are concerned, the main numbers to look out for are 50, 04, 19, 12 and 38, and the most often picked Lucky Stars are 03 and 05.
We don’t know whether any of the numbers just mentioned will help anyone to win the €33 million double rollover jackpot this Tuesday or the guaranteed €100 million jackpot on Friday, but we are certainly keen to find out.
