The jackpot had only reset to €17 million on Tuesday evening following a €130 million (£111 million) Superdraw triumph for a UK ticket holder on Friday 25th September. It rolled over just once before being won again for the second time in the space of a week.
The winning numbers for Friday 2nd October were 7, 8, 10, 22 and 35, plus Lucky Stars 2 and 10. More than 1.8 million prizes were paid out in the draw, out of the 21.5 million submitted entries. Go to the Draw Breakdown page to find out the number of winners in each prize category.
It was announced after the draw that there was a single jackpot winner. The lucky ticket was sold in Cabezón de la Sal in Cantabria. The winner has three months to come forward and claim their prize.
Big Spanish Winners
Spain has historically been one of the most successful EuroMillions nations, and Friday night’s win was the 125th jackpot to go to the country since the lottery was launched in 2004. Spain has also had more than 807 million prize winners (of any amount) in EuroMillions history.
The largest win ever recorded in Spain was the €190 million jackpot that went to a player from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, in October 2017. The prize was claimed anonymously, sparking speculation that the winner may have been a holidaymaker.
Another Spanish player won €162 million in October 2024, while the country has enjoyed several other nine-figure wins over the years. Despite the great track record, Spain had not seen a jackpot winner since someone won €54 million on 26th December 2025, making it a barren year until this point.
The jackpot will now drop down to €17 million again for Tuesday’s draw. Play at an authorised retailer in any of the nine participating countries, or choose numbers online.
