The Joker+ (or Joker Plus) was an additional game played in conjunction with the main French EuroMillions game. For an additional fee, players had the option to participate in the Joker+ for the chance to win a top prize of €250,000. While the Joker+ game is still available to players, it is now completely separate to the main EuroMillions draw and has effectively been replaced by the My Million game.
The introduction of My Million means that EuroMillions players in France no longer have pay an additional fee to enter the supplementary game, previously the Joker+, but instead receive an automatic free entry into the My Million raffle draw for the chance to win a guaranteed €1 million.

How Joker+ Was Played
When Joker+ was played in conjunction with the main EuroMillions game, players wishing to participate paid the additional fee and then selected one number between 1 and 7 in each of the seven boxes listed on a EuroMillions play slip. As each number was drawn from a pool of balls numbered from 1 to 7, players could select the same number more than once. Every draw offered a total of 14 set prizes with the value of the prize determined by how many numbers were matched in the exact order they were drawn. In addition, the value of the prize varied depending on whether a player had purchased a EuroMillions Joker+ ticket for an additional €1 or €2.
The 14 Joker+ prizes were as follows:
|Winning Combinations||Prize for €1||Prize for €2|
|Match 7 in Exact Order||€250,000||€500,000|
|Match 7 in Exact Order with ± 1||€30,000||€60,000|
|Match First/Last 6 in Exact Order||€25,000||€50,000|

Replaced by My Million
As Joker+ is now completely separate to the main EuroMillions game, players need to fill out a separate Joker+ play slip to participate. The only game now associated with EuroMillions in France is My Million which guarantees one French player will win a €1 million prize in every EuroMillions draw.
