How to Claim
Congratulations on becoming a EuroMillions winner! Now the all-important question is how to claim your prize. The claims procedure varies according to whether your ticket was purchased online or from an authorised retailer.

I Purchased My Ticket Online
The method of claiming prizes for tickets purchased through the lottery ticket concierge service varies according to the value of the prize. The majority of winnings are collected on your behalf and the prize money is transferred into your online account within 24 hours of your win. The winnings can be withdrawn at any time or used to fund future ticket purchases.
For high-value wins, you will be contacted directly by a representative of the concierge service who will guide you through the claims procedure. You have the option to claim your prize in person in the country where the ticket was purchased (all expenses paid). Alternatively if you prefer to remain anonymous the concierge service can claim the prize on your behalf and transfer it into your account.
I Purchased My Ticket from an Authorised Retailer
Please note that prizes can only be claimed in the country where the winning ticket was purchased.
If you purchased your ticket while visiting one of the participating countries, you will need to return to that country to claim your prize. It is not possible to process your ticket via post.
Small prizes can be claimed from any authorised retailer. Before handing over your ticket, check the prize breakdown page or use the results checker so you know how much you have won. If you win a large prize, you need to contact an authorised EuroMillions office to start the claims procedure.
