Euro Jackpot Split

The Euro Jackpot was split when two players shared the EuroMillions rollover jackpot of €29,717,504 (around £27,669,572) in the draw held on Friday 20 March, 2009. This means that the jackpot for Friday 27 March has now been reset and gives players a chance to win €15,000,000 (around £14,000,000).

Although it would have been nice for just one player to win the March rollover jackpot outright, the two winners still won €14,858,752 (around £13,834,786) each, so their lives will have certainly been changed by their ability to match all five main numbers and both Lucky Stars.

In addition to the two jackpot winners, there were fifteen EuroMillions players who matched five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win €211,330 (around £196,886) each. A further eighteen players got the necessary EuroMillions results to win a third tier prize of €49,976 (around £46,562) each.

With the odds of winning any prize at all being a very impressive 1 in 24, there are sure to be plenty more winners this Friday. Will you be one of them? And if so, will you manage to hit the jackpot? The only way to find out is to buy tickets online and see what happens! Good luck!
