EuroMillions and Mega Friday Results for Friday 27th November 2015

While the EuroMillions jackpot may have rolled over in last night’s draw, five UK players have just picked up an amazing £1 million each as well as the Christmas of a lifetime in November’s Mega Friday. Each of the lucky winners can now look forward to a fully decorated home, a host of incredible presents, a festive dinner with all the trimmings and a visit to either Lapland or New York City.

 

More than 34.9 million tickets were entered into the game as players strived to pick up a rollover jackpot worth £18.4 million (€26.1 million). The winning numbers were 16, 29, 30, 37 and 50 with Lucky Stars 6 and 8. Six players, three from the UK, two from Portugal and one from France, matched five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win £216,587 (€279,492) each, while another four ticket holders - one from the UK, one from France and two from Spain - picked up £108,293 (€139,746) each after matching the five main numbers drawn. More than 2.5 million winners in the main game received cash awards worth between £3.40 (€4.40) for matching two main numbers and £4,246 (€5,480) for matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars.

The UK was once again in first place, with 672,907 players in the main game sharing an incredible £4.5 million between them. France made a respectable showing in second place as €4.6 million was split between 575,761 participants, and Spain came in third with 455,945 ticket holders scooping a combined €3.5 million. In fourth place was Portugal, whose two Match 5 + 1 Star winners boosted the prize pool to a commendable €3 million.
