EuroMillions Jackpot Blasts Past £50 Million for Tonight’s draw

On the day that British astronaut Tim Peake embarks on his momentous journey to the International Space Station, EuroMillions players across the continent can reach for the stars as well and try to land tonight’s jackpot of £51 million (€71 million).

It has been less than a month since the biggest EuroMillions prize of 2015 was won by a player from Portugal, who became that country’s 58th jackpot winner when they scooped €163.5 million (£114.8 million) on Friday 20th November. There has since been a run of six rollovers, quickly driving the jackpot back to astronomical proportions.

Even though nobody has managed to match all five main numbers plus both Lucky Stars, there have been some fantastic giveaways in the last few weeks. In the last draw on Friday night, two participants each picked up €841,042 after matching five main numbers plus one Lucky Star, while a UK ticket holder won the Millionaire Maker prize to become an instant millionaire. Visit the EuroMillions Results page for more information.

The draw this evening provides players everywhere with an opportunity to win in any of the 13 prize tiers and possibly snap up an astonishing eight-figure sum by hitting the jackpot. It would be the perfect early Christmas present to grab some cash tonight and would allow you to buy anything from a toy rocket to a zero-gravity experience. Unless you’re setting out on a mission into space, it is possible to pick up tickets online or from an authorised retailer in any of the nine participant countries. The sky’s the limit, so good luck!
