EuroMillions Jackpot Swells after Eighth Rollover

Europe was full of lottery players who harboured ambitions of winning the €85 million (£73 million) top prize last Friday 24 May, but none of them succeeded. That means the jackpot has swollen to the even greater sum of around €94 million (around £81 million) for the midweek game this Tuesday 28 May. Hopefully the jackpot will be won at the ninth time of asking, but if not, it is extremely likely that the final jackpot of the month will be worth more than €100,000,000. Whatever happens, we are entering what promises to be a very big week for EuroMillions players!

The five main numbers that were drawn in the EuroMillions game on Friday 24 May were 07, 17, 22, 27 and 40, whilst the two numbers drawn as the Lucky Stars were 02 and 03. There were 18 tickets that won a second level prize of €114,335 (£76,503) each by matching the five main numbers as well as one of the two Lucky Star numbers, so congratulations to everyone who achieved that feat.

Congratulations should also be offered to the owners of 3,758,313 tickets that won a smaller consolation prize by matching fewer numbers. The third prize level saw 19 tickets win €36,106 (£24,159) each by matching five main numbers only, whilst the fourth level gave 106 winners a prize of €3,236 (£2,165) each for matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars. The complete schedule of prizes won on Friday can be found on our EuroMillions Results page.

As always, one player in the UK won a prize of £1,000,000 by matching the Millionaire Raffle number, and the winning number this time was GQV057296. Whilst we’re on the subject, don’t forget that the Millionaire Raffle draw this Friday 31 May will give one winner a prize of £1,000,000 every month for an entire year, making the game twelve times as profitable for whoever matches the number drawn.

The main numbers drawn in the Irish Lotto game on Friday 24 May were 10, 11, 21, 35, 37 and 42, and the number drawn as the Bonus Ball was 43. The jackpot had a guaranteed value of €10 million, but none of the tickets entered for the game managed to win it, so the jackpot in the next draw this Wednesday will be worth around €11 million.

The €94 million on offer in the next EuroMillions game this Tuesday 28 May will be one of the biggest jackpots of the year so far. Click here to buy your tickets for the game online and good luck!
