EuroMillions Offers Huge £64 Million Jackpot

A massive £64 million (€72 million) will be up for grabs in Friday night’s EuroMillions draw following a run of five rollovers, spurring on fans of the game from across the continent to see if they can win a life-changing prize.

It is the second largest jackpot of 2017, just behind the €88.5 million (£76 million) that was won by a syndicate of Irish players on Tuesday 24th January. The top prize has also been given away on another two occasions this year, but has been steadily climbing since Beverley Doran from Shipley snapped up £14.5 million on Friday 17th February.

Doran’s jackpot scoop was the second win in as many draws for a UK player, after another ticket holder from the country split a £39.9 million (€47.1 million) prize with a Belgian participant on Valentine’s Day. The UK remains third in the list of the most successful participating nations, but will now be hoping to make up ground on France and Spain above them.

There will also be two guaranteed winners of £1 million on Friday in the UK Millionaire Maker, offering another great way to pick up prizes. Anyone who wins a EuroMillions prize then has six months to come forward and claim their money, and this week one ticket holder from Southend contacted officials in the nick of time, having matched one of the winning Millionaire Maker codes back on 4th October last year.

It is certainly an exciting time for EuroMillions fans, with the March edition of Mega Week around the corner and the 1,000th draw taking place next month. The immediate focus is the huge £64 million jackpot, though, and you can choose your numbers online or visit an authorised retailer to give yourself a chance of winning. Good luck!
