28th February 2015 6:47 AM
No one won the £52 million (€71.9 million) EuroMillions jackpot on offer last night, despite the dedicated efforts of millions of players throughout the UK and Europe. However, it was still a great evening, as out of tens of millions of entries, just over 3.2 million ticket holders won cash prizes of some kind.
The winning line was 5, 14, 17, 25 and 47 with Lucky Stars 9 and 10. Four players - two from Belgium, one from France and another from Portugal - matched five main numbers and one Lucky Star to pick up €485,210 each. Another 13 ticket holders, four of whom were from the UK, won £38,331 (€49,765) for matching five main numbers. The remaining players won amounts worth between £2.80 (€3.70) for matching two main numbers and £4,152 (€5,391) for matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars. A French player has also won €1 million on the supplementary My Million game by matching the winning code of SC 523 1801.
Finally, ten UK players have not only become millionaires - they’ve each won a luxurious holiday to South Africa in addition to their £1 million windfall thanks to Mega Friday. A whirlwind of luxury awaits them all, from designing and keeping their own diamond jewellery to spending four nights at a plush game reserve, all accompanied by business class transfers by plane or by train.

There’s now just a week to go until the latest Superdraw and its tasty top prize of €100 million (estimated sterling value of £73 million at the time of writing).
