Out of all the participating countries, the UK had the largest number of winners and the largest prize pool, with 691,809 players grabbing a combined £3.5 million. While France had 599,367 winners to Portugal’s 454,805, the two countries were neck-and-neck for second place in terms of the prize pool won. France received a total of €3.85 million while Portugal picked up €3.82 million.
