First EuroMillions Draw of February Offers £11 Million Jackpot

The first EuroMillions game of February will kick off with a jackpot worth an estimated £11 million (€15 million) after a stunning Friday draw in which two players split a top prize of £11.2 million (€15 million), thus resetting the jackpot to its minimum value.

January was a stellar month for EuroMillions players, as six participants matched all five main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win a combined amount worth £77 million (€100 million). Two of these draws saw two separate players split life-changing prizes. The optimists out there will be snapping up entries for tonight as they hope to keep the winning streak alive - if your glass is always half full, you may want to join them!

More patient fans of the game may be holding out for February’s edition of Mega Friday, in which ten players will win the usual Millionaire Maker prize of £1 million as well as a luxurious trip to South Africa, where they will visit the De Beers diamond museum, The Big Hole, and then set off to Uwe Koetter jewellers to create their very own pieces of diamond jewellery (up to a value of £25,000). Once that’s done, the lucky winners will jet off to the Shamwari Game Reserve, where they will spend four nights in a lodge taking in all the beauty of the South African savannah. All accommodation, flights, transfers and meals are provided at a standard befitting a newly minted millionaire.

If you just can’t wait for your chance to win big, make sure that you buy EuroMillions tickets for tonight’s draw by 7.30pm GMT (8.30pm CET) by wandering over to the Play EuroMillions page or by visiting an authorised retailer to make your purchases in person. Have fun!
