20 Share Jackpot

The EuroMillions jackpot rolled down for the first time ever, with those matching just five main numbers and one lucky star receiving a windfall.

After 11 rollovers, the EuroMillions jackpot stood at a staggering level. With people queueing at lottery terminals around Europe, the final estimated jackpot for the draw on Friday 17th November was euro 180,000,000. That is roughly equivalent to $230,000,000 or £120 million.

Yet again, nobody matched the 5+2 stars prize (at odds of 76,275,360 to 1) so it was Roll-down Time! The jackpot prize pool was rolled down to the 5+1 star tier and shared amongst the 20 European winners (at odds of 5,448,240 to 1) with each winning with each winning €9,652,340 or £6,750,278.40.
