Friday’s special event summed up the magic of Superdraws – a French player had won a colossal €178 million just seven days earlier on 28th November, but the jackpot was bumped up to €130 million using money that had been kept aside in the reserve fund. There was no long wait for another big jackpot.
The winning Superdraw numbers were revealed to be 9, 15, 25, 34 and 46, with Lucky Stars 8 and 12. Nobody matched the full line, but several came close and ended the night with some wonderful prizes. Go to the EuroMillions Results page for full draw details, including a breakdown of the number of winners in each category for each participating country. You can also see the results of associated draws, such as the UK Millionaire Maker, France’s My Million, Spain’s El Millón and the Ireland Only Raffle.
The jackpot is now set to increase to around €143 million in time for Tuesday’s draw, setting up the prospect of another huge win in a remarkable year. If it keeps rolling, it could potentially reach its jackpot cap of €250 million before Christmas. Whenever it does get won, it promises to create a perfect end to 2025 for some lucky ticket holder!
There have already been three wins of €250 million this year – the biggest three wins in the history of EuroMillions. First to set the record was an online player from Austria in March, then a family syndicate from Cork in Ireland landed the same amount in June. Finally, a group of five French friends won €250 million in August.
It remains to be seen whether the current jackpot goes to France, Ireland, Austria or elsewhere. Every country has celebrated some big wins, and the odds are the same for every single ticket sold no matter where you play.
Make sure to give yourself a chance of winning by taking part in the next draw. Visit an authorised retailer or choose your numbers online, then check the results afterwards to find out how lucky you have been.
