What Are The Different Ways To Become A EuroMillions Millionaire?

EuroMillions players across the continent will be dreaming of a big win in tonight’s draw, with a jackpot of £14 million (€17 million) up for grabs after players from the UK and Belgium split the top prize on Tuesday night. Even if you miss out on the jackpot, however, there are various other ways to become a EuroMillions millionaire depending on where you play the game:

UK - Millionaire Maker

A unique Millionaire Maker code, consisting of four letters and five numbers, is printed on every EuroMillions ticket sold in the UK. Two codes are then drawn at random alongside the main EuroMillions game, netting the pair of players with matching tickets £1 million each.

France - My Million

EuroMillions players in France are automatically entered into My Million, which guarantees that one ticket holder in every draw will win €1 million. Codes have two letters and seven numbers, and players can check all the latest My Million Results straight after the draws have taken place to see if they have won.

Spain - El Millón

El Millón offers a prize of €1 million and draws are held every Friday. Anyone who plays EuroMillions in Spain during the week, whether on Tuesday, Friday or both, is entered into the game. One code, of three letters and five numbers, is then drawn at random and the winner receives €1 million.

Portugal - M1lhão

M1lhão works in exactly the same way as El Millón. All Portuguese players receive a unique code of three letters and five numbers for every EuroMillions line they select, and on a Friday night one lucky winner will be selected at random to receive €1 million.

Ireland - Ireland Only Raffle

The Ireland Only Raffle usually guarantees that ten players will win €5,000 in every draw, but tonight there will be a special edition where one ticket holder will become a millionaire. It is the first time in the game’s history that such a big prize has been offered, and will extend an excellent recent run for Irish players which includes the syndicate that won an €88.5 million jackpot on 24th January.
